So from the11th July till the last day of the festival we will be at your disposal for festival`s agenda information regarding the 7th Golden Apricot. Thus Intra Call Center will have its contribution to the information system making of «Golden Apricot» film festival by providing with the work of its high-quality specialists, as well as the workplace with the professional computerized telephone equipment. Intra Call Center is glad to support from now the biggest international Film festival in Armenia, Golden Apricot by creating their Information call service and by contributing to a more popularization and development of that really important 7th art holiday.
Strategic Cooperation with “Spyur”
Intra Call Center Armenia and “SPYUR” Information Center decided to put a long-term cooperation by joint efforts since July 1, 2010 for providing with higher level of service of “SPYUR” Information Center telephone service. For this purpose the telephone service of “SPYUR” Information Center moved to the workspace of Intra Call Center provided with specialized telephone equipments, technical and training support provided by Intra Call Center. Thus, “SPYUR” Information Center will be one of those single companies in the Region and in the Republic of Armenia, which will introduce itself to its customers by the new quality telephone information service among its activity sector. Intra Call Center in France works with Yellow Pages services and has already got several years experience in that field, which we are offer to “SPYUR” Information Center.
Intra Call Center Armenia Develops New Services for U.S. Market.
Projects presented by Intra Call Center are selected to participate in Technology Workshop and Travel Grant project 2010, which will take place on July 5-6, 2010 in Armenia Marriott Hotel. In this workshop Intra Call Center will present the project named “Virtual office/secretary in distance.” The new product virtual office or secretary in distance aimed the SME`s in USA and Western Europe, offering an assistant based in Armenia but working for their local needs. During the world economic crisis lots of SME`s begun to decrease their assistant, secretary staff for doing economies it is logic that the work done by the assistants were transmitted to their responsible by affecting also their principal work. The project offers a new service for that kind of companies: due to the VoIP technologies, the assistant working in Armenia will take calls done to the clients office, forward them to the responsible, make calls on behalf of the client company and other assistance work. If the planed volumes of work are not too big, the same assistant can work in two or more companies. Our telephone systems allow to detect for which company is the entering call and to show the needed script to the operator.
