27 July 10 AmCham Annual General Meeting on July 23

AmCham held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) last Friday, July 23, 2010. During the meeting the members elected a new Board of Directors in the following composition:

David Atanessian- Board President (First Mortgage Company)

Andrew Hovhannisyan – 1st Vice-President (Synopsys Armenia)

Araksya Melkonyan – 2nd Vice-President (IAB Centre)

Georgi Isayan – Board Member (LTX-Credence Armenia)

Edward Mouradian- Board Member (Prudence legal consulting)

Vahak Hovnanian- Board Member (Hovnanian International)

Sargis Tsaghikyan- Board Member (Philip Morris)
