Starting from its establishment in Armenia, Damaris AM was an outsourcing company of Damaris SA. In 2009, Damaris AM launched a number of new independent activities with local companies. An example of such an activity was collaboration with the French University of Armenia Foundation (U.F.A.R.).
The French University of Armenia Foundation is one of the leading universities in Armenia. During the years of the activities in Armenian market, this university has already proved the quality of its educational system and approach, adopting the best European educational practices. In fall 2009, Damaris AM and the French University of Armenia have launched a strategic cooperation, becoming partners. In the frames of this cooperation. Damaris AM has carried out IT-auditing and consulting about servers, the local area network, internet connections, virus protection, the website, document management and archiving. Moreover, as announced by Mr. Aramazd Abedi, the Executive Director of Damaris AM, thanks to this partnership many students of the French University will have an opportunity to have an internship in Lyon, France, where Damaris SA's head office is located.
